A Note on Investment & Structure
Project-based support is available for launches or shorter-term visibility resets at $144/hr + GST, with a 5-hour minimum to be used within 1 calendar month, or within the duration of the project.

I work mostly with intuitive, heart-led founders: coaches, creatives, educators, healers, and space-holders. If you value clarity, gentleness, groundedness, and vision-rooted systems and ways of being, we’ll likely work well together.
What kind of tasks can I outsource to you for Online Business Support?
Most of the behind-the-scenes high level pieces that feel heavy, scattered, or time-consuming. Think: repurposing content into blog posts, batching Instagram graphics, updating your website, creating your lead magnet and email flow or formatting and scheduling your email newsletter. If it supports your flow and creates more space in your business, we’ll likely be able to shape it into the support.
Is this the same as OBM or VA work?
It’s somewhere in between. I blend intuitive strategy with creative execution. I don’t just manage tasks, I help you move your ideas forward in a way that feels aligned and spacious. I am both a process maker and implementor.
How do you track hours and tasks?
I track all time used on your business in 15 minute increments, and each week I send a short email summary with what’s been completed and what’s next. We’ll also use a shared task system: yours or one we create, to keep things visible and easy to manage.
What if I need a mix of business support and social media help?
That’s very common, most of my clients blend the two. Everything is tailored, and we can shape your retainer to include content batching, caption prep, or scheduling, alongside backend work like email marketing or launch assets. I’ve never outsourced or worked with a Virtual Assistant before, will it be overwhelming?
