What will I receive?

What if I want you to implement the recommendations?
Implementation (such as rewriting copy, creating new designs, or managing uploads) is not included in the audit. If you’d like me to carry out the changes for you, we can explore a done-for-you project or retainer package.
Do you offer refunds?

- Delivery Timeline: Delivered within 14 business days of the date and time booked on your completed intake form. The 14-day window begins only when all required information is submitted, and from the date booked on the calendar.
- Scope: Includes one follow-up email with clarifying questions, to be sent within 7 days of delivery. Implementation of recommendations is not included.
- Payment: Full payment is required at booking to secure your audit slot.
- Refund Policy: As this is a personalised service, refunds are not available once your booking is confirmed.
- Client Responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate information and links via the intake form. Delays in submission will extend the delivery timeline.
- Intellectual Property: The audit document is created for your use and may not be shared, resold, or repurposed as your own service.
